AUP - Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) defines the rules for using the CEREBRO infrastructure. All users agree to comply with these conditions.

Any violation of the AUP may result in immediate suspension of the service without notice or refund.

2. Prohibited Uses

The following uses are strictly prohibited:

Illegal Activities

Use of the service for activities contrary to French or European law: money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, counterfeiting, etc.

Attacks and Intrusions

Any attempted intrusion, port scanning, DDoS attack, exploitation of vulnerabilities, or reverse engineering of the CEREBRO source code.

Spam and Phishing

Mass sending of unsolicited emails, phishing campaigns, identity theft.

Unlawful Content

Storage or transmission of child sexual abuse material, incitement to hatred, glorification of terrorism, defamatory content.

System Overload

Abusive use of system resources likely to impact the quality of service for other clients (deliberate quota overruns).

Unauthorised Resale

Resale of the CEREBRO service without prior written consent from CaliaLabs.

3. Security Obligations

The user undertakes to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of their access credentials
• Enable multi-factor authentication (MFA)
• Immediately notify any unauthorised access
• Not circumvent CEREBRO's security measures
• Apply recommended security patches
• Observe the principle of least privilege (user access)

4. Quotas and Limitations

The following quotas apply by default:

• Email throughput: 10,000 emails/hour
• Storage: 500 GB (expandable on request)
• API calls: 100 requests/minute
• Concurrent users: 50 (expandable)

Higher quotas are available on Enterprise plans.

5. Monitoring and Detection

CaliaLabs reserves the right to:

• Monitor system resource usage
• Detect abnormal behaviour (logs, metrics)
• Temporarily suspend an account in the event of suspicious activity
• Cooperate with authorities in the event of a judicial requisition

6. Sanctions

In the event of an AUP violation, CaliaLabs may:

• Warning: Email notification with a request for compliance within 24 hours
• Temporary suspension: Access blocked until resolution
• Immediate termination: Permanent account closure without refund
• Legal proceedings: Filing a complaint in the event of illegal activities
