TERMS OF USE

1. Purpose
These Terms of Use (hereinafter "ToU") are intended to define the terms and conditions for making available and using the calialabs.com website and the calialabs.com SaaS infrastructure (hereinafter "the Service"), published by CaliaLabs (hereinafter "the Publisher"), a Société par actions simplifiée (SAS) registered with the RCS of Toulouse under number 999 513 211.
Any access to or use of the Service constitutes unconditional acceptance of and compliance with all terms of these ToU.
2. Access to the Service (Restriction)
Access to the CEREBRO infrastructure is strictly reserved for professionals (B2B) and subject to a prior validation procedure ("Vetting").
Eligibility
The Publisher reserves the right to refuse access or the opening of an account to any entity that does not meet the security or technical eligibility criteria, without being required to give reasons for its decision.
Authentication
Access to the CEREBRO Cockpit requires strong authentication (MFA). The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.
3. Intellectual Property
The entirety of the CEREBRO infrastructure (source code, algorithms, architecture, interfaces, design, texts) is the exclusive property of the Publisher.
Prohibited actions
It is strictly prohibited to reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.
4. Personal Data
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and by the DPA (Data Processing Agreement).
5. Limitation of Liability
The Publisher employs all reasonable technical means to ensure the availability and security of the Service. However:
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Publisher shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the Service.
6. Governing Law
These ToU are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance hereof shall be submitted to the competent courts of Toulouse.
