TERMS OF SALE

1. Purpose
These Terms of Sale (ToS) govern the contractual relationship between CaliaLabs and its professional clients in the context of subscribing to the CEREBRO infrastructure.
Any order implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Sale.
2. Offers and Pricing
Prices are quoted in euros (€) excluding VAT. They are provided for information purposes and may be modified at any time.
Billing
Invoices are issued monthly and payable within 30 days by bank transfer.
3. Term and Termination
Contracts are entered into for an initial period of one year, tacitly renewable.
Either party may terminate the contract with 3 months' notice by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
4. Warranties and Liability
CaliaLabs undertakes to provide a service compliant with the technical specifications defined in the SLA. CaliaLabs' liability is limited to the amounts actually paid by the Client.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Toulouse.
